Part Time Client Care Assistant - Hampstead

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time receptionist/administrator to join the team at our Hampstead Garden Suburb practice, in North London. The practice is situated in the historic 20th century architectural town of Hampstead, with excellent transport links into the city.

What you’ll be doing?

Your average day will include a variety of; accounts (you will need to be good with numbers!), dealing with insurance claims, paying off cheques and BACS, reviewing and auctioning aged debt, dealing with a busy switchboard and arranging call backs, welcoming and assisting all clients, scheduling appointments and entering lab results into the client's files, taking payments, ensuring the consult rooms are fully stocked, general administration duties and ensuring the reception area is always kept clean and tidy.

What you’ll bring to the team?

Reception or customer-facing experience is essential for this role, as is a love for animals. You will need to be good with numbers and take an analytical approach. The position would suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and exemplary communication skills. You should be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure and prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition.

This role is to work 3 days a week (days to be discussed at interview stage) and includes a fair share of shifts and bank holidays. The practice is open weekdays and Saturday mornings.
